Access Hatches

Available in varying sizes and shapes, also know as Inspection Hatch and, Manway,

Range of Access Hatches.

Square GRP Hatches (Wingnut & Bolted)

Sizes: 450mm Hole (550mm overall), 600mm Hole (700mm Overall).

Height of Hatch : 100mm

Round Black Plastic Hatches (Collar screwed down, Hatch screws into collar)

Sizes: 400mm (450mm overall), 570mm (620mm overall)

Height of Hatch : 30mm

GRP Raised Ball Valve Housings

Bolted to the lid of the tank for increasing the capacity of the tank but also to provide Type AB Airgaps (when supplied with Screened Spillover Weir). Available in matching colour to the tank, With either lid with wingnuts or Side access with wingnuts. Can also be provided to be bolted onto most existing lids.

Screened Spillover Weir

Designed to comply with the water authorities request to provide a catagory 5 Back flow Prevention system the Screened Spillover Weirs create a Type AB Airgap below the inlet and are cowled to prevent incress of light . Screened with 316 grade Stainless Steel Mesh and fixed into either the side of a ball valve housing or in the side of a tank to ensure the mains cannot become contaminated.
