DT165PW has been developed as a high build solvent free urethane coating system suitable for the long term maintenance free protection. Is suitable for immersion conditions, specifically for potable water but also in chemically polluted marine or underground environments.

DT165PW is formulated to combine outstanding abrasion and impact resistance with a significant degree of flexibility. With a reduced curing time compared to DT162PW allowing for quicker overcoat time, Accordingly this coating is designed extensively for diverse applications .

DT165PW has been specifically developed for the long term protection of: :

• Internal and external surfaces of tanks
• Cement and steel tanks
• Drinking water storage tanks

DT165PW has excellent resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage.

We would recommend a minimum of two coats for most applications.

Standard colour: Grey.

2Ltr set will cover approximately 1 m2 (based on two coats)

DT165PW Drying and curing Times @ 20 Deg C:

Average Pot Life of 20mins,

Touch Dry within 3 hours,

Overcoating in 3-24 hours,

Hard Dry in 8 hours 

Fully Cured 7 Days.
