Returns Policy

Goods that require returning to ourselves due to a error on our part or damaged in transit will be collected and replaced or credited in full, Goods that require returning to ourselves due to customer error or damage post delivery will be chargable at 25-50% restock charge or quoted repair/replacement costs, also transport costs will also be chargable.

Order can take upto 14 days for delivery, for specific delivery and lead times please phone our sales office, deliveries are made on our own transport or Third party carriers and the Order should be checked for damage prior to signing for delivery, It is the customers responsability to offload the Order if necessary, Delivery dates can be arranged if required although a time for the delivery cannot be guaranteed, We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods
