Description

2500 Litre Interceptor tank – GRP – One Piece Tank with Optional Dividers

Interceptor Tank Manufactured to BS EN 13280, made from WRAS Approved Materials – 2500 litres

Internal Dimensions (L x W x H): 2500 x 1000 x 1000mm

External Dimensions (L x W x H): 2670 x 1170 x 1100mm

Manufactured using GRP Resins specifically designed to withstand most oils and waste solutions as well as water with temperatures up to 90 Degrees C,

Options for Insulation, Manways and Division plates, Baffle Plates and Weir Plates to create any flow pattern and direction to enable flow that can run along the tank flowing over and under the plates to separate the various solutions.
Centre plate usually divides two compartments completely
Weir Plate will have a Gap either at the top or bottom of the plate to allow liquid to flow over or under the plate
Baffle Plate can have gaps both top and bottom, and also sometimes holes in the plate at customers request.
Supplied with a Flange around the top of the tank for the lid to be secured to, with a Lid Sealer running between the two prevent ingress of debris and Insects.
Optional Access Hatch Configuration on shape and quantity to allow for access into each chamber of the interceptor tank

Litres are Nominal Capacity (to the Brim of the Tank)

Tank Requires a Flat Fully Supported Base for the tank to sit on, this base should be as flat as possible as to not distort the tank once positioned on the base.

There is a slight Taper on the Height of the tank of approximately 20mm, therefore the top of the tank is 20mm wider than at the base.

There is a 25mm radius at the edge of each wall of the tank and also onto base.
